What you get, in numbers.
Every plan holds the whole catalogue — unlimited works, unlimited artists, unlimited exhibitions. What changes between them is how many people work in it, how much room the images have, and whether the commercial side is switched on.
People, space and places.
These are the figures the system actually enforces. If a gallery is likely to pass one of them, it is worth knowing before you start rather than after.
2 users · 50 GB
3 viewing rooms. 1 location. For an artist, an estate or an independent dealer — one person, plus someone helping.
10 users · 250 GB
Unlimited viewing rooms. 10 locations. Enough for a director, registrar, sales team and the people who cover them.
Unlimited · 1 TB
Unlimited rooms and locations, and the pieces that need designing rather than choosing: Xero, Artsy export, advanced roles, white-label and single sign-on.
Works, artists, exhibitions, collections, contacts and tags are unlimited on every plan. Storage covers artwork images and documents; a gallery photographing at archive resolution uses it faster than one working from web-sized files.
The line between them is selling.
Studio is the catalogue and the public side of it: records, images, a website or a feed into the one you have, viewing rooms, the assistant. Gallery adds the commercial machinery a trading gallery needs.
- Invoices, with line items for framing, shipping and insurance
- Commercial invoices for customs and freight
- Consignments — vendor, commission and reserve, kept private
- Mailchimp export, and webhooks for your own integrations
- Messages and tasks beside the catalogue, not only notes
- Unlimited viewing rooms, and ten locations rather than one
Xero, Artsy export, advanced roles, white-label and SSO are on a tailored plan, not on Gallery.
- Unlimited works, artists and exhibitions
- Private viewing rooms, branded and password-optional
- Public website, or a feed into your existing one
- Import and field mapping
- AI assistant, on every plan
- Presentation PDFs and gallery labels
- Mobile CMS on iOS and Android
Thirty days, with your own records.
The trial is the full Gallery plan — not a cut-down version — so an assessment is made on the system you would actually use. No card is required to begin.
- Bring real records in; the import is reviewed before anything is written
- Billing starts only when the trial ends and you choose a plan
- Monthly or annual, and annual is the cheaper of the two
- Full export at any time — the archive is yours
Moving up is a change of plan, not a migration: the records, images and history stay exactly where they are. Moving down is possible too, once the gallery is inside the smaller plan's limits.
Not sure which plan the gallery needs?
Tell us roughly how many works, how many people and what you sell, and we'll say which plan fits — including when the answer is the smaller one.
